Genna & Tony -- PICS!

Yay! I did it. I finally found pictures of Genna & Tony and the rest of the characters from REMEMBERING YOU. I must say I couldn't have done it without the help of Monster Baby's movies. Tony just appeared magically, right before my eyes. I found Uncle Sally a few weeks ago and I've had Genna for months. Then BLAM, everyone else just fell right into place. So here we go.

First, here are Angie and her husband Michael.

Next up are Robby and his plaid 'n pearl wearing girlfriend Lauren.

Here are Uncle Sally and Aunt Fortuna at their 40th wedding anniversary party. Aren't they cute?

Here is Pete. You should see him in his uniform. MMMMM.

And the piece de resistance Genna & Tony.

So what do you think? Did I hit the mark or do you all have your own ideas?

OH MY GOSH I LOVE!!!! As soon as I saw the title I ran over!

I have a post like this next week, seeing if the stories I've shared show the characters I'm thinking of, so how cool of you to share with us your thoughts! They do fit... and boy do you have some hunky men!!!! Delicious!!

Happy Wednesday!

Robert Loggia is such a great choice for Uncle Sally.

Thanks everyone. I'm glad I hit the mark so far. And don't you just love Uncle Sally and Aunt Fortuna?

I saw Robert Loggia in a movie playing an Italian cook and I just knew he was Uncle Sally. He was so perfect.

WOW--you definitely hit the nail on Sal and Fortuna!! Amazing!

The only one I was surprised at was Genna--that's Jessica Alba, right? Not quite who I had in mind, but I can see it. I love the picture posts!

This is such a great idea - love your choices!

I love this! Sal and Fortuna are my favorites (seems like others like them the best, too.) I like Michael -- is that Mike from Desperate Housewives? Looks like him, anyway.

I'm with Summer that I was surprised at Genna. I pictured her with darker hair. But all the characters are great! Thanks for sharing!

It's always a weird transition for me to go from the characters in my head to actual characters that someone else chose for me. But, I realize it usually only bothers me for a short while. Then, I start to imagine the actual characters for the rest of the time. Congrats on picking out your cast!

I know, Genna is too young in this picture and you're right, she's supposed to be dark haired but I like her face. I wish she were older.

I couldn't think of anyone else to play her, which is why I chose her. Perhaps I'll stumble across someone else. But for now, she'll have to do.

tony is perfect!
Genna matches pretty close, but, like you said, she's too young. I like her hair color, though. That's similar to how i pictured her color

OOOHHHH!! Fun! I love when you do these.

You have Uncle Sally and Fortuna exactly how I pictured them...so perfect!

I agree w/ Summer, the only one I'm off on is Genna, I too pictured her older and w/ darker hair...kinda Sandra Bullock-ish.
Your Dylan/Tony YUMMMMMMY! Now I'm back to team Tony. :)

Love,
Lola

I wouldn't even know where to begin with my characters.

I KNEW that's what Uncle Sally and Aunt Fortuna looked like! Everyone else is perfectly cast, too. I Love Pete -- erm, I mean, Pete's picture...oh all right! I love PETE!

Fantastic job!!! My husband would read your book just because of who you picked for Genna! :) I also wanted to say thank your for your prayers and concern-they're more appreciated than you can know....

This is great casting -- all of them. But the leads are particularly spot on. Great job -- & it should really help you even more, not that you need it, but anything for further inspiration!

I love this idea! I don't know very much about your characters yet but the 'picks pics' themselves are very expressive. This looks like so much fun I might have to be a copy cat:)

What a great idea!! I've recently realized that I want to SEE my characters, especially the mc. This is sooo perfect. Can't wait to find mine and to get to know your characters better. Thank you for sharing this!

BTW, you described Robert Loggia playing Angelo in "Return to Me". That is one of my favorite movies!

I also thought Genna might be a little older for some reason! But this is great, I love your cast! :)

Well done! I had so much fun finding pictures for the characters from my novel. I think everyone should do it. You did a great job. Fabulous cast. :o)

Thank you everyone! This was a blast to do and if you haven't done it yet, you should. It makes writing so much easier. You can "see" the characters.

Love these photos - I think they look like your characters perfectly! It's so cool to put faces onto them, isn't it?

Great pic(k)s, Anne. I've done this for my three primary protagonists, but for some reason I chose photos of "unknowns." You actually have the ideal cast laid out for when REMEMBERING YOU is made into a film. Very cool.

MMMmmm..you lost me at Pete. Yummy. I'll be thinking about him all day now.
