I kind of do what you do, except I start out with all the As first, then work on the Bs, followed by the rest. And I only send out about 5 at a time.
It's been a while for me, but I'll be headed back into query land fairly soon. Frankly, I'm not looking forward to it. All I do is check my e-mail then!!
